Formulation and Optimization of Liquisolid Compact for Enhancing Dissolution Properties of Polyphenol Stilbenoid- Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a class II drug in the Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS) with poor water solubility (0.03 mg/ml) and high permeability. Liquisolid system an innovative technique used for enhancing dissolution rate bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs. The present study demonstrated that loaded SNEDDS compacts were successfully developed. Ten formulation formulated different ratio oil, surfactant co-surfactant. Out ten formulations four selected based on dilution self-emulsification time. F4 showed smaller particle size than compared other formulations. Characterization was done size, polydispersity index zeta potential found to be 22.03nm, 0.281 -1.20Mv respectively. Morphology spherical shape range 10-40 nm. In-vitro studies has better release 90.09% solution 39.62%. F4, F5, F6 F9 converted into using adsorbents Neuslin Fuji calin total eight made 93.53% calin. Hence from our it Calin can improve drugs.
